At The Wall Street Journal Shop, we strive for excellence in every garment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box and include all original tags, ensuring the merchandise is in its pristine, original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
